Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information PsyGames collects through the installed application (iPhone and iPad, Android, macOS and Windows) and the browser demo on our website, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed PsyGames to work with the minimum data necessary. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
Optional account and cloud backups
PsyGames stores your progress on your device by default. You can use it without an account. Cloud backups are optional and require your explicit consent.
- Optional sign-in uses your email and a login link sent by Supabase Auth. Your account receives a unique identifier (UUID). Signing in alone is not consent to cloud backups.
- With cloud consent, backups contain progress, history, settings, your mascot’s name, earned points, inventory items bought with points, and bonuses.
- Up to 10 recent backup versions are kept per app. Transfers use HTTPS and access is restricted to the account owner. This is not end-to-end encryption.
- The shared identity is intended for PsyGames, Smart Alarm, Chess & Go and TypeFree; availability may differ by app. Each app needs separate cloud consent. This does not automatically share data between apps, publish it in rankings or upload it to AI services.
- Turning cloud backups OFF stops future backups; it does not delete existing cloud copies.
- Deleting PsyGames cloud copies removes only those copies, not the shared account or other apps’ copies. Delete Shared Account irreversibly deletes the Supabase Auth account and cloud copies for all four apps and revokes sessions. Local device data stays.
- Anonymous feedback and session records are not automatically linked to your email. Account deletion does not necessarily delete these records; to request their deletion, provide the profile label and approximate dates.
Website analytics (Rybbit)
The website uses our self-hosted Rybbit analytics to understand which pages and trainers are useful and where the product flow breaks. It processes page URLs and titles, referrers, session timing, browser, operating system, screen and device class, approximate country or region derived from the IP address, campaign tags, and the product events listed on the page. We do not use this data for advertising, sell it, or track visitors across unrelated websites. Rybbit works without cookies. You can disable or re-enable this analytics in this browser at any time.

1. Data stored on your device
Your training history, best scores, streaks, achievements, profiles, language and theme are stored locally on your device. This stays on your device and is included when you create a manual backup file.
2. Data the App sends to our backend
PsyGames sends the session, error, leaderboard and feedback data described below to our backend (Supabase). Separately, optional account sign-in uses your email through Supabase Auth and an account UUID; cloud backups need explicit consent. An account is not required for local use.
- After every finished game — a session record: the game, score, time, errors, difficulty and mode, game-specific results, whether it was part of a warm-up, the day of the week, a random session ID and the label of the active profile (for example “Guest”) — a name you chose in the App, not your identity.
- Automatically, when the App hits an error — the error text and technical trace, the screen, the system (iOS, Android or web) and the profile label. The same error is sent at most once every five minutes.
- Automatically, for leaderboards — when you finish a game that has a leaderboard, your score or level together with a random player ID created on your device. Other players see your result under an anonymous name the server derives from that ID. If you add friends, a short invite code links your player IDs.
- Only when you send feedback yourself — the text you wrote, a screenshot of the screen, a voice recording if you chose to record one, a random device ID created by the App, and technical details: app version, platform, language, screen size and your last steps in the App. With the same device ID the App later checks whether the problems you reported have been fixed, so the answer reaches you.
3. AI-written summaries
On the statistics, warm-up result and assessment result screens the App may show a short text written by an AI model. To write it, the App sends a compact summary of your results — for example today’s scores, your streak and the number of games this week — together with the interface language and a tone (for children, for adults 50+ or general) to our server function, which passes it to Anthropic (Claude model). The summary contains no profile label and no device or player ID. If the request fails, the App shows its own built-in text instead.
4. Updates, voice and pictures
The App downloads files from psy-games.pro: the list of current versions (to tell you about an update), voice recordings and pictures. These requests carry no personal data; like any web server, ours sees the IP address of the request.
5. What we do NOT do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Meta, etc.).
- No selling, renting, or sharing of data with data brokers.
- No precise location or background tracking.
6. How we use the data
Solely to operate and improve the App: to show your progress and statistics, run leaderboards, fix errors and answer your feedback. We do not build advertising profiles.
7. Children
PsyGames includes a profile for ages 7–12 and can be used locally without an account under parent or guardian supervision. Optional email accounts and cloud backups should be managed under that supervision, with explicit cloud consent. Supervise feedback, including voice recordings, and avoid personal details. For concerns about a child’s data, contact help@psy-games.pro with the profile label and approximate dates.
8. Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed cloud database (Supabase) protected by row-level security. Transfers occur over encrypted HTTPS connections. AI summaries are processed by Anthropic as our service provider, only to write the text.
9. Data retention
Session records, error reports, scores and feedback are kept as long as they are needed for your statistics, leaderboards and fixes. You can request deletion at any time (Section 10). Local data is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
10. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion at help@psy-games.pro without reinstalling the app. For account data, give the account email, name PsyGames, and specify PsyGames cloud copies only or the shared account and all four apps’ cloud copies. For unlinked feedback or session records, give the profile label and approximate dates; account deletion may not remove them. We verify ownership before acting. Never send a password, login link or code.
11. Third-party stores
When installed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms process installation and payment data under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
