PsyGames — Request account or cloud-copy deletion

You can request deletion without reinstalling PsyGames. Choose PsyGames cloud copies only, or Delete Shared Account: irreversible deletion of the Supabase Auth account and all four apps’ cloud copies, with sessions revoked. Neither choice removes local device data.
- Email help@psy-games.pro with your account email and the app name PsyGames.
- Say whether you want only PsyGames cloud copies deleted, or the shared account and cloud copies for PsyGames, Smart Alarm, Chess & Go and TypeFree deleted.
- For anonymous feedback or session records not linked to the account, also provide the profile label and approximate dates so we can locate them.
- We verify ownership before acting. Never send your password, a login link or a login code.
Cloud OFF does not delete existing backups. Deleting PsyGames copies keeps the shared account and other apps’ copies. Shared-account deletion is irreversible, but may not remove unlinked feedback or session records. Local device data stays. No fixed completion time is promised.
